A very important friend of mine made a very important decision lately.

When she broke the news to me over MSN, i cried.

Really respect her courage as she did it all alone, in a far away land..

Wasnt really sure what she did was right or wrong. But i am sure we will support her all the way..as long as she is happy..

It must be really hard on her.. being alone at this point of time when she needed someone so badly..and we as friends cant even do the minimum like lending her a shoulder or listening ear or giving her a hug..

i am not good with my words..
i am not sure how to console someone whos so broken and at the same time so important to me...
i also dunno how to give advices..

But its really the tot that counts..

I just hope.. that she can pick herself up from here because there is still a long way to go.. i know its easier said than done.. but she is one of most strong will girl i have ever known..so i have confidence in her..

At least you have us..and we will never turn our back on you.. thats wat sisters are for..

Dont entertain those silly thoughts.. because no one's life is worth less than a broken relationship. .

And even if you find that you could not confide in me.. i can always shut up and cry with you..

Partying Weekend.

Its been long since i was able to blog using home Computer, because of some Internet configuration problem.

But i glad i got it sorted out..

Cos all i want to do on a lazy Sunday weekend is to blog about my entire weekend~~

Though Wed was really disastrous.. Fri and Sat turned out better...

Friday was my colleague Jamie's birthday. Had wanted to hit Dragonfly. But that damn place was packed as early at 8+ in the evening.

B U G G E R

Had to switch to Broiler for a decent table. Was there with Jamie, Kelin, Jac, Serena, Joy, Gen, Jamie' bf and Alfie..

HAha.

Ya.. my senior from CT.... haha.. he knew Jamie cos they are both from CT and from the same batch.. but it feels funny because i havent seen him for so long.. and after so many years, we met on such occasions. :)

Had quite a bit of alcohol. We had 4 bottles of Henessy, but a few drinkers only.. so i kana all the arrows..

Luckily i survived.. although v drowsy.. i managed to go home myself.. the rest all living in West side.. But overall was quite fun~ Music was good.. haven RnB for a while. :)

Also received confirmation of my last day in MS.. it will be on 19th as requested by me..

But now that i know i will be leaving in 3 weeks time.. i feel a lil sad..

No matter how tough the job is.. no matter how bad the politics are.. i have been working there for 1 year.. have made great friends.. and clubbing khakis.. so used to the environment.. now, i have to move on.. Sigh..

Will treasure these 3 weeks with them..

I wasnt sure if i want to head to Dbl O for baby's bday celebration.. with his army friends.. because of the bad hangover in the morning..

In the end, because his friends couldnt come up w a common agreement, the entire thing was called off at the very last minute..

A bit pissed off. cos i already got Gwenie to get Alex and Jasmine to come along..

To top it off, baby suddenly say he feels lazy abt the whole thing and decided not to join us at MOS.

Argh..

But it was a good choice that i headed down to join Gwenie, Jasmine and Alex.. its been super long since i last club w them!!!

Got dessie to come along w us.. and Zhiwei was there to celebrate his bday as well..

Was really boring at the Main arena.. tot it was gg to be another wasted trip.. till we headed to SMOOVE..

Music and crowd was pretty ok.. Music was those i always get at MOMO and COCO Latte. Very old school. but something familiar..

Bumped into Henry.. he looks cuter than ever.. lol. i always manage to bump into him everytime i head to MOS.. despite the entire club was filled with people and hes supposed to be a regular at ZOUK..

IT MUST BE FATE.. LOL.. =X

Was tired at around 3+ and members area was really boring.. cos everyone was just sitting around..

So me, Zhiwei, Alex, Dessie just stayed outside to talk cock and dance.. while Gwenie join Jasmine and Evelyn in the members area..

I think because of Alex.. everyone managed to get along quite well..cos we always bully him and he will make lotsa noise..

I love the group.. cos even when we are not dancing.. we got a lot of crap to talk about.. unlike some grp i used to club with.. once we stop dancing.. everyone just stand down there and keep quiet..nt knowing wat to do .. BORING..~

And i guess my friends made Zhiwei's bday better.. :) Thanks Friends!

Party ended at 4+ and we headed home.. =)

More crap with Desmond, Jas and Alex on our way home..

Thats what i am talking about. A lil Booze, Boogie and dirty dancing (with Gwenie and Jasmine) , lotsa crap, gr8 company, gr8 music. Beats studying at home... can burn our calories at the same time.. HOHO.

Looking forward to the nxt time. :P

I decided to blog about my horrible lunch today.

Packet Malay food from the Food Court near office.

I should have stick to my Wanton Noodles when i saw that my favourite Asam Stingray and Potato Cakes were sold out. But i settled for some sweet-tasting chicken (which is not to my liking), some rubber calamari and something else which i wasnt sure wat i was eating..

ARGH.

Mambo on Wed was disastrous.. In fact i didnt even get to MAMBO because i was loitering around Zouk area the whole time but never get to go it.. its a long story behind and its a bad choice to be heading down.. thinking i could go there for a 1 hr or so for some warm up next week ..

I am glad i didnt ask any of my usual mambo khakis to go w me.. if not they will surely be super turned off~~~~~~ zzzzz.

Anyway, saw Wei Ha* at wine bar.. although Gwen already confirmed that hes heading BQ to drink.. guess he just changed his mind.. and his recently dumped gf was there too. (not me, of cos).. and i was half anticipating some drama to happen so as to make my trip worthwhile.

But nothing of that sort happened..

He, however,made some nasty remarks on Mr Doink. ARGH. Hes totally uncool and mean.

I am looking forward to next week.. and i am SOOO excited..

My lovely mambo gang back in action.. WOOHOO!! Finally.. since all has been busy with own schedules..

and i will not get wasted.. hopefully.

Baby haven been in the best of mood these few weeks.. :(

As much as i like to cheer him up like he always did to me when i am blue.. i don't seem to be able to..

Ever since Ah Gong pass away, he hasnt been acting like himself.. sigh..

sometimes, hes grouchy.. sometimes.. he frowns.. sometimes, he's scaringly quiet..

its also hard to make him tell me what he is thinking..cos he dont like to bother me with his troubles..

our schedules are so tight that its almost impossible to be there for him..

AND TO MAKE THINGS WORST..

his precious girlfriend actually forgot his Birthday~!!! :(

Really need to hum-tum myself..

This week is really draining man..

Mon - Attended Taxation class half way and went home to sleep because didnt sleep at all on Sunday nite.

Tuesday - Met up my OB project mates to discuss project till about 11. After that went to KAP Mac to chill with Mr Chua and Gwenie - Reach home at 1.15 - Slept at 3am

Wed - Went to work as usual - After work went to Changi airport to see Stella off~ Lucky babe is heading to Barcelona this time.. Only me and Mery left =( Sigh..

I hope 2 months isnt too long to endure. =P and i felt teary when she entern the gate =( cos alot of pple came to send her off. As if she will be gone for very long long time..

Stella, if u are reading this.. I MISS U! Barcelona must be amazing loh.. sigh..

Thurs - Meet up for 2 projects in school.. stayed till 11 + again =( Finalyl we manage to finsih one.. phew..

Fri - TGIF!!! supposed to be clubbing w Gwenie and Zhiwei.. but i don really feel like gg.. cos my fmaily is havin a chalet at ECP!! i miss chalet!! always remember those days when we were younger.. every holiday we will have someone organising a chalet.. haha.. then can talk, ton, gamble, play games till next morning~

Happy Birthday Ms Chen Kaelyn aka soon-to-be-Mdm Zhang. :)

Had a surprise party at Eric's place..

All the babies were present!

After that we headed to Maxwell for Dinner and then PLAY!!

Music was quite bad.. Kaelyn keep asking why they dont play Mambo Songs.. LOL..but i enjoy the company.. The Usual Mambo Gang at PLAY for the first time.. :)

Jon, Jem, Daniel, Dunk, Sam, Kenny, Jimmy, Jie, Kenneth, Me, Kaelyn, Eric + alot more which i really cannot remember the name.. Kaelyn got too many babies.. LOL..

We all miss MAMBO ( i miss it so badly. :( )!! so Dunk will be organising one real soon. YAY!

Bummer.

Here i am sitting in front of Office Computer. Havent slept a wink for the entire night.

Thanks to some inconsiderate project mate of mine..

Went to sleep at 2 am in the morning but couldnt sleep, prob because i slept too much in the day..

Toss and turn until 4 am.. finally when i was about to drift into sleep.. this girl from my project grp msg me.. in a VERY REPRIMANDING TONE.. saying i did not send her my project and she repeated that twice in her sms.... and complain that its so last min and nothing is communicated and that if we want to score we gotta COMMUNICATE.. but everything was already communicated CLEARLY over the phone in the evening!!

FARK!

I sent her on Friday nite so that we wont be rushing to hand in on Monday.. and she say she didnt receive my work!

So i told her.. i have already send her my work, then she reply, she cannot open..

Cannot open and didnt receive --> u see the difference??

Then she demanded me to send the report to her NOW at 5am. ANGRY , i told her, look, i gotta wake up in 2 hrs and head to office.. i will send her first thing in the morning. and i dont see why she needs my report because she is not compiling~

then she reply that she will be out early this morning and wont be home to compile the thing if i dont send her then.. (although i already told her that she will not be compiling)

And she also cannot understand that since i am using Office 2007, even if i resend, it will still be unreadable format..

so fine, out of good will, i drag myself out of bed and wanted to send her my portion again..

Then guess wat..

the other girl had already compiled the report and send to us already.. and because she doesnt CHECK her email, she made a farking big fuss over nothing..

then when i msg her that project already done and ask her to check her email.

And she pointed her finger back at me

"Whats going on? I thought i am supposed to compile and why has she done the compilation. and YOU WERE supposed to get back to me about who is going to compiled.. NVM.."

watever it is.. i just feel her attitude is not right.. i mean.. she reach home late..tts why out of good will my other gf is compiling.. and if shes really kan chiong, she could have just msg me before midnight to check.. NOT 5AM in the morning..

Then i couldnt sleep after that..

And now, i am feeling so drained.,. and tired.. and today i have got class somemore..

Finally our dearest US babe , Grace Tan Li Ting is back from her 3 months work-cum-travel!

The gathering with Gracie, Hanzi and Yu last nite at Vivo was a good one..

Was tired after i reach home from dinner.. but i stayed up till 3 am to finish her blog on her US trip..

Grace has really inspired me to travel alone..backpacking..

Some may say "ee.. serene got stamina or not.." but as Serene is not going hiking, backpacking should not a problem for her..

Serene is also not scared of approaching strangers to ask for directions..
Serene doesnt need to stay in a luxurious hotel
Serene doesnt need to eat good food .. i can survive with bread and cup noodles.

Serene has been to Korea, Japan, Thailand, China, Hongkong, Taiwan..Serene now wants to go US, Vietnam, India, Australia, =(

I want to meet more pple.. i want to see more things.. different things other than food and shopping~

Life is not just about shopping, food, games, movie, clubbing, drinks, love, work and money...

I am sure if i survive the trip.. it will be an unforgettable expeiernce..

And my one and only opportunity will be end of this year.. after my exam.. after the end of my contract , with my bonus..

I CAN TRAVEL!!! hopefully if GRacie wanna comes along.. we can go travel together.. feel safer with her around!.
